### Resonant Electrolysis Theory Conventional electrolysis relies on high current to force water molecule dissociation. Stanley Meyer's approach uses high-voltage, high-frequency pulses at the molecular resonant frequency of water. This subjects the water molecule to intense electric fields, stretching and eventually breaking the covalent hydrogen-oxygen bonds with minimal current draw. ### Technical Specifications of the VIC * **Concentric Tubes**: Standard 316L stainless steel tubes nested with a precise 1/16" gap. The outer tube is positive, the inner tube is negative. * **VIC Chokes**: Winding coils on a high-frequency toroidal ferrite core in a bifilar arrangement. The chokes act as inductors that form a resonant LC circuit with the concentric tube "water capacitor". * **Distilled Water**: District or tap water contains ions that allow current flow, shorting the electric field. Distilled water acts as a dielectric, maintaining the electrostatic charge. * **Resonant Sweeping**: The system sweeps frequencies (typically 5 kHz to 50 kHz) until a sharp drop in current draw and a massive increase in gas production are observed.
