Biography
Otis T. Carr was an American inventor who claimed to have designed an electromagnetic flying saucer, the OTC-X1, utilizing rotating magnetic accumulator discs. Carr claimed a direct scientific association with Nikola Tesla. In 1961, Carr was convicted of commercial securities fraud for selling unregistered stock in his space exploration company.
