Overview
An electrically pulsed rotor/flywheel that demonstrated COP of 3.3 at a public demonstration in October 2009. Based on Tseung's 'Lead-Out Energy' theory, which proposes that sharp impulses can extract small amounts of gravitational/environmental energy that accumulate in a flywheel's rotational inertia.

To validate the anomalies claimed for this device under mainstream scientific parameters, builders and inventors must document and present evidence satisfying the following criteria:
