I just built a triangular lifter out of balsa wood, aluminum foil, and 30 AWG wire based on Naudin's Lifter 1.0 diagrams. I hooked it up to an old CRT television flyback transformer. It hovers beautifully! But is this really gravity modification, or is it just ion wind pushing against the air?

Naudin's vacuum chamber experiments (Lifter v2.0) are highly detailed. In a nitrogen-purged bell jar at low pressure, the thrust drops significantly, indicating that corona ion-wind is indeed the primary force vector. However, at extreme high voltage (45kV+), there is a residual force that doesn't completely scale down with air density. This suggests a secondary electrokinetic effect. Check the JLN Labs mirror site for the exact thrust-to-weight curves.

Townsend Brown's patents describe asymmetrical force fields that work in vacuum if you use high dielectric materials between plates rather than open air. Try building a solid-state capacitor lifter instead of the wire-skirt configuration. That isolates it from ion-wind mechanics.
